The TSU (Thermal Screening Unit) is a compact thermal and pressure hazard screening system designed for rapid reaction hazard assessment. By simultaneously measuring temperature and pressure behavior, the system identifies decomposition reactions, gas evolution, and over-pressurization risks using representative sample sizes. The TSU provides critical safety data early in process development and offers a more comprehensive alternative to traditional DSC screening methods.
